now see my thing is when i brought these (p.s. i did a tutorial check it out) the bottom strip just like kept slide because of saliva from under my tongue

yeah, I would not recommend using them on a daily basis, they supposedly eat the enamel on your teeth so that weakens them which causes the sensitivity. I would say if you need to use them more often, use 1 every week or two weeks. I use one on a monthly basis and never have sensitivity issued

Yes it does thank you for your time =). But using them that often, isn’t that very bad for your teeth? Arent they more sensitive now?
